Holdcorp to list
Holdcorp Group, Ltd, will seek Stock Exchange listing, Mr K. R. Moses, managing director of Auckland-based merchant banker Reeves, Moses, Hudig and Co., Ltd, says in a letter to clients. Holdcorp has recently taken a major shareholding in Reeves, Moses, Hudig. Holdcorp’s paid capital would exceed $3O million, said Mr Moses. There would be no public issue of shares as all would be privately placed.
