Liquor licence approved
The owners of The Golden Triangle Restaurant, in Christchurch, have had their application for a liquor licence approved by the Licensing Control Commission.
Dynamic Impact, Ltd, owns the Malaysian restaurant on the first floor of the Triangle Centre, pn the corner of Colombo and Cashel Streets, and caters mainly to Asian tourists. The commission said it was the only ethnic restaurant of its kind in Christchurch, and it was satisfied that there was a requirement by a sector of the public for later than usual dining of this nature. The licence will allow the licensee to sell and dispose of liquor on the premises for consumption there by people dining from Monday to Sunday, from 11.30 a.m. to 2 a.m. the next day.
