Lamb cuisine award
PA Wellington The Plates Restaurant at the Central Institute of Technology has won the New Zealand Lamb Cuisine Advisory Panel’s prestigious award in recognition of excellence in the preparation and presentation of lamb dishes. The Cuisine Awards are designed to heighten the promotion of New Zealand food and drink, both in this country and overseas, and to improve food preparation and presentation standards in restaurants. To be eligible for the award, food must be produced locally and musi reflect New Zealand culinary style. It must also be readily accessible overseas.
