Many popular main courses for adults
A good family restaurant should cater for all ages, and the Galaxy provides many popular oldstyle main courses for adults.
These include a roast served with Yorkshire pudding which is now a seldom-seen extra. However, there are also some special dishes for the more adventurous palate.
One special dish is Chinese beef: strips oi
beef which have been marinated in a Chinese marinade for three days are grilled to. perfection and served with blended tomatoes, onions and peppers. Many old favourite desserts are served from a dessert trolly which is a new concept in family dining. The children’s menu features some exciting space-age themes. Drinks are served under names such as Launching Pad, Sun Flash, Pineapple Sun and Milky Way. One of the main courses is Moon Rocks, which consists of a group of won tons served on a base of chips. Another, R-2-D-2, is a little space traveller who is short and fat like a sausage, but is always a pleasant treat. A Jupiter is a children’s dessert which has delighted space travellers for light years. It has a donut centre with a pineapple ring.
