Cost of wedding peanuts?
PA Auckland Paying for Raymond Brown’s wedding wasseahuts. The Sputh.Auckland share of the profits to pay . for, the wedding, * the District Court at Otahuhu heard. Sergeant Jim Maddox said that Brown, aged 36, and Herbert Prouse Williams, aged 40, i raw products manager, took the nuts over three years. The company had noticed depleting Stocks and asked the police for an investigation. Both defendants admitted taking the nuts. Brown said it was for his wedding. “Williams said it was not for financial gain,” Sergeant Maddox said. "Perhaps it was merely because the opportunity to steal was there.” Judge Cadenhead remanded the defendants for sentence on May 11.
