Beef schedules

PA Wellington Beef schedules appear to be generally unchanged, but lamb is either stable or declining, says the Meat Board. But the board said confusion after the axing of the national schedules meant it was not yet able to make fully informed comment on the level of the schedules. “The approach being taken by meat exporters varies, from the decision

by some companies to publish no schedule at all, to others who will continue to advertise their schedules through the newspapers,” the board said. “From the information available it appears that beef schedules are generally unchanged while lamb is either stable or declining depending on company and grade,” it said. Skin schedules had again risen.
