Invesco expands
Invesco Group, Ltd, has expanded its property division through the acquisition of the Auckland-based private property company, Stubbs Developments, Ltd, a subsidiary of Strategic Group Holdings, Ltd. In related moves the company will also acquire the property investment and property management activities of the Strategic Group. The acquisition of these companies is for an undisclosed cash sum. Collectively, Stubbs and Invesco Properties, Ltd, have current projects in excess of $6O million in value.
