Health Department decision questioned

PA Wellington The Friends of the Earth group will ask the Ombudsman to inquire into the Health Department’s decision not to prosecute three companies which have used a food irradiation process. A spokesman, Mr Bob Tait, said that depending on legal advice, the group was prepared to go as far as a private prosecution. - :.. . . .
