BIL into NZI
Brierley Investments, Ltd, has advised the Stock Exchange that it has purchased 74,919,518 ordinary shares and 2095 warrants in NZI Corporation, Ltd. The price paid is 5NZ2.725 each ordinary share and SNZI7O9 per warrant. The total consideration is $207,735,799. This represents 10.9 per cent of the diluated capital and BIL now controls 31.5 per cent of NZI. The stake was sold by Renouf Corp, Ltd.
