Cheviot Cup now $7000
The D.B. Cheviot Cup, a race for C 5 and faster pacers over 3200 m, will carry a stake of $7OOO, an increase of $6OO, at the Cheviot Trotting Club’s annual meeting at Rangiora Raceway on Saturday, April 4.
The Max Bowden and Leonard Memorial Stakes, for two-year-old fillies, will this year carry a stake of $9OOO, $5OO more than last year.
