Raisin Loaf
Ingredients 1 tablespoon of butter 400 gm raisins 2 cups of water 2 cups of sugar 3 cups of flour 1 teaspoon of salt I teaspoon of baking soda Method Boil butter, raisins, water and sugar for five minutes. Cool.
, Add remaining ingredients. Bake for one hour at 180 deg. C.
