NZPA-Reuter Buenos Aires The president of the Argentine Rugby Union (U.A.R.) was quoted yesterday as saying that limiting the referees for the forthcoming World Cup to those from International Board member nations was unjustified discrimination. "In our opinion it is an irritating discrimination
and wholly unjustified,” said Carlos Tozzi in an Interview with “La Nation,” a leading Buenos Aires daily. _ The matches in the sport’s first World Cup in New Zealand and Australia in May, and June will be controlled by referees from England, Scotland, Wales, Jreland, France and the host countries.
