Exercise of the week
PHOTO A: Skip on your left foot while you lift your right leg, knee slightly bent, to the right side and shift your hips in the same direction. Gently swing your right arm to your right side (extended) and your left arm straight ahead.
PHOTO B: Reverse movements to the opposite side, skipping on to your right foot. Raise your left leg and shift your hips to the left. Swing your left arm gently to your left side and your right arm straight ahead. Continue by alternating sides.
