Ardijah to play

Ardijah, the popular Auckland rock group that won the inaugural $30,00* Rheineck rock music award in December, will play - at MacKenzies Hotel In Christchurch, this week. Lead by Ryan Monga, who plays keyboards and bass, plus programmes the drum machine, Ardijah have been successful with two singles, “Give Me Your Number” and “Your Love is Blind.” A third single is due out next month, and the band are planning to go into the recording studio later this month to record an album, using the $30,000 award, which was made for this purpose. A special New Zealand rock show is planned at MacKenzies Hotel starting tomorrow afternoon at 4 p.m., featuring Ardijah, plus Amez Amez, The Equalizers, Worlds Apart, and Smithereens. Ardijah play at the hotel this evening and on Saturday.
