Border accord likely
NZPA-AFP New Delhi India and Pakistan are expected to sign an agreement to defuse border tensions after a fifth consecutive day of talks, sources on both sides said yesterday. The talks were to have been held only on Saturday and Sunday, but they were extended in a bid to break the deadlock with an estimated 500,000 troops massed at the borders.
