The police and mourners clashed at the funeral of Mary McGlinchey, a jailed Irish guerrilla’s wife who was shot dead by gunmen at the week-end. More than 200 policemen were at her - funeral in Bellaghy, a Londonderry village. Vanuatu’s Prime Minister, the Rev. Walter Llnl, is recovering from a small cerebral haemorrhage on the left side of his brain, says the George Washington University Hospital.
