Public Notices CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL MAIN PUMPING STATION WORKSHOP LOAN NO. 2 1986 THE CHARLES STREET ELDERLY PERSONS’ HOUSING LOAN 1986 THE CLAYDON PLACE ELDERLY PERSONS’ HOUSING LOAN 1986 ON December 15, 1986, the Christchurch City Council passed three resolutions to raise loans of $600,000; $120,000; $480,000 for the purposes of: (a) Financing part of the cost of building a workshop for the main pumping station; (b) Erecting four elderly persons’ housing units In Charles Street; and (c) Erecting 16 elderly persons’ housing units at Claydon Place, respectively. The Council intends to confirm these resolutions by way of Special Orders on Monday, February 16, 1987, at 7.30 p.m. In the Council Chamber, Civic Offices, 163 Tuam Street, Christchurch. Full copies of the resolutions are held at the office of the Deputy General Manager and City Treasurer, Civic Offices, and are now open to the Inspection of the public, without fee, during office hours from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
