This new plant will be processing beef, sheep and pigs for the local market and is planning to start operation in May, 1987. The successful applicant will have experience in operating an abattoir and be responsible for the daily operation of plant. Experience is necessary in supervision, product processing, product quality, M.A.F. regulations, plant maintenance, staff motivation, industrial relations, and performance reporting to the Board of Directors.
