Renouf outline
PA Wellington Renouf Corp, Ltd, will hold a press conference on February 9 to outline its future direction and emphasis, the company said yesterday.
Last week Renouf issued a “don’t sell” notice, saying decisions had been made concerning the company’s future, and also that contracts were being finalised which would have an impact on its profits. “Contrary to the indication of recent media articles there will be no change in the board of directors,” Renouf Corp said in a statement to the Stock Exchange. The chairman, Sir Francis Renouf, and the deputy chairman, Mr Bruce Judge, would be present at the conference to report on Renouf Corp’s interim result, and to indicate its future base level of earnings and future activities.
