Crown Int in joint venture
PA Wellington Crown International, the export and marketing arm of Crown Corp, Ltd, has announced a new joint venture in the technology industry.
Crown International and Crown Ventures, the equity investment and business development arm of the group, will each take a 25 per cent interest in Emtall Information Systems, Ltd. The remaining 50 per cent will be held by Emtall Group, Ltd, a Wellington-based information technologies marketing and support company. “The new company will specialise in providing innovative and practical technology solutions to clients, with a primary focus on the horticultural and rural servicing industries” the chairman of Emtall Information Systems, Mr Noel Bates, said.
