Public Notices AKAROA COUNTY COUNCIL PAYMENT OF RATES BY INSTALMENT PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that the Akaroa County Council acting on behalf of the Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the Akaroa County hereby resolves by Special Order as follows in accordance with the powers and authorities contained in the Local Government Act 1974 the Rating Act 1967 and any other Act or authority in any way enabling the Council is that behalf. 1. That ail rates to be levied by the Akaroa County shall be paid in three (3) instalments in each year. 2.
