((ggWP* PROPERTY MANAGER Due to continuing expansion of the Property Management Division of Cromwell Corporation we wish to appoint a Property Manager to establish our Christchurch office. We are seeking a Property Manager with a minimum of one year’s experience in the areas of leases, rental reviews, maintenance management and tenant liasion. The successful applicant will possess good communication skills and the qualities needed to expand our existing Property Management activities in the South Island. An academic qualification in a property related area is preferred but is not essential.
