J.V.H.—Points made in earlier correspondence. M.B. —Too long; see rules above.
Age requirement Sir,—Some of youf'Yifeiidiers may be incredulous when.l sthte that there are age limits on the ownership of second-hand motor vehicles, but I have before me written proof, in the shape of Form MR 13 (Notice of Change of Ownership of Motor Vehicle) which requires a new owner to state date of birth. If I have over-interpreted the evidence and there are no age limits, the question does not seem to have any significance or use. In that case, it is irrelevant, intrusive and impertinent and should be withdrawn.—Yours, etc., W. R. ALLARDYCE. January 6, 1987.
