New parking area

The Peninsula Pastoral Association’s major development programme for last year will be complete and ready for tomorrow’s Peninsula Horse and Pastoral Show.

A new car parking area, which was only completed three weeks ago, will provide space for about 8* vehicles.

Accessible to the public from through the Duvauchelle school ground, the new parking area will allow the setting up of the fourth judging ring — a welcomed addition

for this year’s events.

Visitors are advised to use the parking area at a small fee of $1.51 for the day, rather than park on the main road, which could be hazardous to oncoming traffic.
