Visit to Ice cancelled

The Austrian mountaineers and scientists, who have had to cancel their plans to visit Antarctica, on board the ship Aurora which was to have been their transport to the ice. The men have been waiting for six weeks in Christchurch for the Aurora which arrived at Lyttelton on Saturday. The Aurora is the support vessel for the Norwegian SO Degrees South expedition.
