Police seek couple
PA New Plymouth The parents of an eightweek old baby found dead in a New Plymouth house two days before Christmas have been named. They are Richard Thomas Findlay, aged 43, and Gwenda Ruth Findlay, aged 24. Detective Sergeant Jason Hazard, of the New Plymouth C. 1.8. said the police had not been able to find the couple, who haia not been seen sincjS December 19.
