Shipping news Govt sèks Tasman shipping submissions
The Government has called for submissions on Tasman shipping.
It has asked for the views of “all relevant parties,” including shipping lines, shippers, shore-based businesses and unions.
A review of shipping between New Zealand and Australia is being undertaken by the Ministry of Transport and Australia's Federal Bureau of Transport Economics.
The review will comprehensively examine services, including the influence of cost structures on Tasman trade.
