The following are the river reports supplied by the New Zealand Salmon Anglers Association: Waiau, Hurunui, Waimakariri, Rakaia and Rangitata: dirty and not fishable. Ashburton: low and fishable, Ashley: clear and fishable.
All flows, supplied by the North Canterbury Catchment Board, are measured in cubic metres a second.
