Grocery opposition to Extax proposal

The Grocery Manufacturers’ Association has rejected the National Party’s Extax Proposal. The .Association’s Executive Director, Mr Peter Tritt, said grocery manufacturers were concerned about the exemption of “basic foods” and the loss of revenue that is inevitable.
