The successful applicant’s duties will be to assist in the valuation of the society’s large portfolio of properties in the lower half of the North Island as well as valuations for sale and purchase, rental reviews, and fractional interests. He or she will also be required to advise and assist the society’s other property personnel to enable them to carry out their duties. Applicants should have experience in all facets of urban valuation with particular emphasis on commercial and industrial leases.
