Mr Ross Lowry has been appointed the company secretary of Hobson Group, Ltd, the Auck-land-based group that will join Queenstown Resorts, Ltd, the listed hotel owner, to form a new company. The new firm will be called Hobson Group and have interests in hotel, tourism, and property development in Queenstown, Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland. Mr Lowry was formerly company secretary for a number of subsidiaries of Apex Group, Ltd.
