NZPA-Reuter Chambery, France The president of the International Olympic Committee (1.0. C. Juan Antonio Samaranch, says he is sure Communist countries will attend the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul. Mr Samaranch attended a meeting of sports minis-
ters from Communist countries in East Berlin last week-end, including North Korea, which has threatened to boycott the Games In the South. “I returned very happy from Berlin and can tell you today I am certain that all the Communist countries will attend the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games,” he said.
