Soil Conservation Act 1967, public notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received by the Board under Section 21(3) of the said Act, for rights as stated below:— Canterbury Salmon Co., Ltd, P.O. To divert from Boundary Drain at Map Reference S103:118854 up to (a) 326,600 cubic metres of water per week for the period September 1 to December 31 each year, (b) 453,600 cubic metres for the period January 1, to March 31 and (c) 544,320 cubic metres for the period April 1 to August 31 at maximum rates of 540, 750 and 900 litres per second respectively.
