The chief Estimator will become a key member of a self-contained and vigorous development team operating independently within the over all corporate structure. The position reports directly to the Regional manager and is responsible for contract management, feasibility studies, preparation of property development proposals, co-ordination and supervision of design consultants, cost control, cost analysis and motivation of staff. The right person can expect advancement to top management level. REQUIREMENTS: Essential requirements include entrepreneural skills, design and development experience and work accuracy. The appointee will be a good communicator both orally and in writing and will have strong senior management potential. Applicants should be qualified NZCQS or equivalent with registration or have considerable experience in building cost estimating and the building construction industry.
