FISHERIES ACT 1983 QUOTA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the DirectorGeneral of Agriculture and Fisheries has allocated provisional maximum individual transferable quotas and guaranteed minimum individual transferable quotas In terms of sections 28E and 28F of the Fisheries Act 1983 for the species listed in the Schedule to this notice, by quota management area, for all New Zealand Fisheries waters to apply from October 1, 1986. Any person who has not been allocated any such quota may appeal pursuant to section 28G(2) (b) of the Fisheries Act 1983 to the Quota Appeal Authority for the allocation of a provisional maximum individual transferable quota. All appeals must be lodged with the Quota Appeal Authority, C/- Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Private Bag, Wellington, by October 28, 1986.
