sequined gown with platinum sequined stripes, the blonde Miss Cash was crowned by “Miss America” 1986, • Susan Akin, aged 22, of Mississippi, and took her victory stroll down the catwalk in Convention Hall as Gary Collins sang the pageant standard, "There She Is.”
