DUTIES: e Will be fully committed to the development of new products. © Able to generate and develop own ideals and design. @ Able to convert sketches and ideas from others into working drawings - manufacturing drawings. © Able to initiate prototype manufacture of new or modified products. • Capable of communicating with outside suppliers, manufacturers and other staff. • Liaise with production drawing office and provide assistance with documentaton development of PTS - TDS. ® Able to prepare initial costings. © Will be involved with upgrading existing products. • Will be Involved in the evaluation of new products and ensuring compatability with current standards and regulations. ® Will be involved in rectification work. © Communicate with regulatory bodies such as MAF re: product recognition and upkeep of manuals. • Involvement with testing products. • Involved in the preparation of technical software relating to the design and sales of product and systems.
