Leyland Grth to consider restructure
PA Auckland The shareholders of Leyland Growth, Ltd, are to meet on September 1 to consider resolutions to restructure the company.
This will include the acquisition of RDC Holdings, Ltd, from NZI Corporation, Ltd, which will result in the issuing of 13 million shares amounting to 35 per cent of Leyland
Growth Capital. RDC Holdings, project manager, property developer and manager, says it has $7OO million of development work programmed for the next three years. A take-over offer by Leyland Growth for Leyland Capital will close on August 29 unless extended.
