Weightlifter gives tips on back care
PA Hamilton Even bending down to pick up a piece of paper from the ground can be bad for the back, the champion weightlifter, Precious McKenzie, has told Huntly coalminers. Mr McKenzie has shown workers how to lift -objects and use shovels and brooms the right way to avoid back injury.
