CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL THE CHRISTCHURCH CITY BYLAW NO. 121 A (1986) - RESTRICTION OF AC® TO PRIVATE SWIMMING POOLS PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Christchurch City Council, at a meeting held in the Civic offices, 163 Tuam 'Street, Christchurch 1, at 7.30 pm. on Monday, the 21st day of July 1986, passed a resolution to make a Bylaw, the title of which will be “The Christchurch City Bylaw No. 121 A (1986) — Restriction of Access to private Swimming Pools.” The object or purport of the Bylaw Is to delete the requirement of owners of existing swimming pools to comply with the provisions of the principal Bylaw No. 121.
