Renouf’s second
PA Wellington Renouf Property Developments, Ltd, has bought a second property in Auckland’s Airedale Street. The company recently entered the Auckland property market with a proposal to develop a site on the corner of Airedale and Symonds Streets. The latest property is a 2044 square metre site, with a three level build-
ing. Renouf Property Developments’ managing director Mr Philip Stratford, said yesterday that the company viewed the purchase as an excellent medium term development prospect Renouf Property Developments now has two investment properties and eight development sites in Wellington, plus the Airedale/Symonds Street development site.
