THE MANAGING BINECTOR OF SMART GROUP (NZ) ITO Stephen Smart is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr lan Patterson as Managing Director of Williams Property Holdings Ltd. He will take up his appointment in September. Mr Patterson succeeds Mr A.D.P. Williams who has sold the major part of his shareholding to Smart Group (NZ) Ltd. Mr Patterson brings many years of experience in property investment, development and administration to Williams Property Holdings Ltd, including seven years as General Manager of City Realties Ltd. Mr Smart says that Mr Patterson has a proven track record in the property field and his contribution will be invaluable to the expansion of the Williams Group in New j -Zealand.
