University Vacancies VICTORIA UNIVERSITY OF WELLINGTON POSTDOCTORAL - FELLOWSHIPS APPLICATIONS are invited for six Postdoctoral Fellowships. Four of these will be funded by the University Grants Committee in the specified areas of Education (Acquisition of readlng/spelling skills In young children), Computer Science (Expert systems research), Economics (Macroeconometric models), Statistics and Operations Research (Geophysical time series analysis) and are tenable at Victoria University of Wellington for a maximum period of two years. Fellows must be less than 35 years of age at the time of commencing a U.G.C. Fellowship. Two fellowships tenable for one year will be funded by the University itself in unspecified areas of research in disciplines other than those stated above. The emolument will be $27,500 per annum plus a grant towards the cost of travel for Fellows from overseas.
