Euro-Nat stalled
Euro-National Corporation, Ltd, has been stopped from issuing its offer to acquire shares and options in United Resources Investment Holdings, Ltd. United Resources said it had been granted the interim order, which will stall EuroNational’s take-over bid, in the High Court in Auckland.
