Ideally the successful candidate should have managment experience and can show a successful research performance in the development of biochemical separation processes. The appointee will report directly to the Pharmaceuticals Manager who heads the Pharmaceuticals Department. The Research Biochemist will be involved in a high degree of liaison with line managers, production managers and engineers; and will be Involved with a team of research scientists and technicians in research and development of large scale processes Including developments to existing processes. The appointee will also be required to provide regular reports and presentations on research activities and developments'.
