Commonwealth puzzle

When the controversy subsides and the Commonwealth Games surge from the starting blocks tomorrow, the accompanying Sportsgram might help readers to adopt an appropriate mood. The object of this sporting teaser is to form the words of the answers from the letters presented. These might be found running horizontally, vertically or diagonally, and from either left or right. This is not a competition, nor are there prizes of any sort so readers should not send in their completed sportsgrams. All the questions relate to the Commonwelath Games. Answers will be published on the sports features page on Friday.
