Moscow is overpopulated and there is urgent necessity to limit the installation of persons from other cities, according to Moscow party chief, Boris Eltsin. The population had reached the demographic figure forecast for 1990 and was now, with a population of 8.7 million, some 1.2 million beyond the 1979 figure. — Moscow.
