Charge fails
Kaiapoi will have the services of its wing, Ben Huriwai, when it meets Baisweil in the main premier rugby league match at the Addington Show Grounds on Saturday.
A charge against Huriwai, that he used an unnecessarily high tackle on a Papanui opponent, Mike Black, last week-end was dismissed by the Canterbury board of control at a judiciary hearing.
The incident resulted In Huriwai being sent from the field
