Te Maori boost
Wellington reporter Te Maori Exhibition has boosted sales of New Zealand seafood to the United States. Seafood exports were worth 8NZ194 million in 1985, an increse of 40 per cent on 1984, and the connection has been suggested by the assistant general manager of the Fishing Industry Board, Mr Russell Armitage. In both San Francisco and Chicago, to coincide with the opening of Te Maori there, special New Zealand seafood promotions were held.
