PA Wellington A Paparangi youth was killed in a motor-cycle accident in Johnsonville just a day after he was given the cycle as a gift from his parents, the police said yesterday. He was

Steven Terrence Forgeson, aged 16, an apprentice painter and

paperhanger, of Paparangi. The youth was riding the cycle in Johnsonville, at 9.15 a.m. on Saturday when he approached a wide, sweeping right-hand corner. He failed to take the corner, rode up on to the footpath and fell. He was wearing a fullface helmet at the time of the accident.
